New Patient General Dentistry Offer 

New patient appointments are available at participating practices for an introductory price of £65 reduced from the standard price of £95. This is only available between 01.02.2026 and 31.03.2026. For the offer to apply, the appointment must be booked and attended before 23:59 on 31.03.2026. This offer is open to all individuals who are new patients at Portway Dental Care. The appointment includes a routine dental check-up which shall not include any X-rays if required, as charged separately. The reduced price will not apply to appointments booked for any other treatment. This is an introductory price point, and existing patient fees will apply for future appointments. All other sales are final. Appointments are subject to availability. Patients must be dentally fit to proceed with any required treatment. Whether a patient is deemed dentally fit for treatment will be at the clinician’s absolute discretion. Additional treatment required to make a patient dentally fit and suitable will be charged at an additional cost.

In the event that Portway Dental Care is not able to facilitate an appointment under this pricing, Portway Dental Care will use reasonable efforts to rearrange the appointment. Where the appointment must be cancelled in the event that Portway Dental Care is unable to facilitate the appointment and cannot rearrange the appointment, a full refund will be issued to the patient. This cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion. Portway Dental Care will exercise reasonable care and skill in providing the dental check up. If any treatments are required following a dental check-up, Portway Dental Care will exercise reasonable care to ensure that the treatment provided is safe and effective. However, Portway Dental Care cannot guarantee that the treatment will be free from all risks. In the unlikely event that you experience any issues, we encourage you to contact the Practice immediately so that we can address your concerns. Please note that this does not affect your statutory rights, including any claims for personal injury that may arise due to negligence. The offer is open to people aged 18 and over only. We may update these conditions from time to time. We will communicate material changes clearly and in advance, where practicable. If any part of these conditions becomes invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
